Custom Plates & Panels: Plate & Panel Surface Finishes

The Classic Series is a brushed 1/8" thick aluminum plate that can be customized to fit the application. Plates can be engraved or screen printed. Plates come with beveled edges and counter-sunk mounting holes. Black anodized aluminum is also an option.

The Image Series consists of digitally printed Lexan overlays that are precision cut, then permanently attached to a 1/8" thick aluminum back plate. This product does not have a beveled edged which allows the printed Lexan overlay to come exactly to the edge of the panel. We print on the reverse side of Lexan which makes it next to impossible to scratch off the printed information; an extremely durable product surface.

The DCL Series is a combination of the Classic and the Image series. The overlay area is precision milled into the top of a Classic style plate. A custom Lexan™ overlay is then fit into the pocket. The result is a beveled plate with a flush fitting image overlay that is smooth to the touch. We print on the reverse side of Lexan™ which makes it next to impossible to scratch off the printed information; an extremely durable product surface.
