|Ed Jankowski - President|
Ed joined Liberty in 2001 as General Manager of PanelCrafters in Phoenix and led this team through several expansions. PanelCrafters is now WESCO Assembly and has expanded from an 8k square foot job shop to a fully integrated ISO certified 54k square foot manufacturing facility. Since 2008, he has resided in Colorado and has been President of Liberty for the past four years. Ed also served as COO for Liberty and was responsible for the supply chain, operations, technical services, company strategy, and certain strategic customer accounts prior to becoming President. Ed has a diverse professional background having served as a General Manager outside the AV industry and now has more than 20 years experience as a key executive handling activities such as acquisition integration, business reorganization, sales leadership, and general management activities in three different industries. Ed received his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU and his business finance degree from the University of Arizona.
|Mike Brown - Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Finance|
Mike is uniquely qualified to help us take Liberty to the next level. Before joining Liberty, he was the controller for the Smurfit-Stone container plant in Denver where he was responsible for all aspects of the accounting operation. Mike has an extensive background in cost accounting as well as extensive experience with implementing financial systems and working with shipping & receiving operations.
|Becky McWilliams - Vice President of Marketing|
Professionally involved in Marketing and the Creative field since 1980, Becky is very in tune with current digital marketing trends and directions along with traditional print venues. She owned and operated her own Marketing/Design firm since 1999 until her move to Liberty in December 2009. Her experience in both corporate and small business ventures has given her distinct perspective on marketing for businesses of any size. She graduated cum laude from Eastern Michigan University but has lived in Colorado since 1997.

James has over 30 years experience in the Pro AV, Broadcast, Systems Integration and Design Build Industry, working for a national integrator and multiple national/ multinational manufacturing companies in regional, national, and international management positions. Prior to coming to Liberty, James has held positions of Sales Representative, AVI Systems, Regional Sales Manager, BARCO Display Systems, Director North America Sales, Hughes JVC Technology, Regional Sales Director SACO LED Displays, and Eastern Zone Manager ,Sharp Electronics, LCD Products Group. James is based in Atlanta Georgia, where he directs, manages and positions Liberty's business development of connectivity solutions, products, services on a national scope with executive level management of Consultants, Key Accounts, and AZIONE Unlimited, USAV Group and HTSA buying groups.
