PanelCrafters' custom products are manufactured with the most advanced CAD/CAM technology available. Our drawings are developed and designed by skilled CAD operators to guarantee that your custom panels are executed with the utmost care and precision. We assure that dedication to quality is in every step of the process to deliver a perfect product to you, and we guarantee it. We can work off your CAD drawings or we can design your plates and panels for you. Additionally, we can incorporate your logo or the logo of your customer for a unique and totally personalized product. Many of our Customers find that adding their logo to a rack panel, header panel or even on a wall plate provides a unique advertising opportunity that is both sophisticated and durable.

How to request a quote: Simply email your CAD drawings or general requirements to [email protected]. Be sure to include your contact information and Liberty dealer number to ensure prompt processing. We will respond with a detailed quote, lead-time and pdf proof for your panel layouts (Some complex projects or large bids are initially quoted without proofs - proofs for these items will be provided prior to production).

How to Order: When you're ready to order, please submit your purchase order and signed proofs to  [email protected] or fax to 1-719-260-0075. Please note that orders received without signed proofs will be held until approval is received.

Our panels and plates are fully guaranteed to perform. We stand behind every product that we deliver. Our custom size plates and panels are manufactured from solid 1/8" 6061T6 aluminum. Computerized milling centers precisely manufacture your custom plates and panels.

Our plates and panels can be populated with both the most common and uncommon connectors. Many connectors are available in either solder back or pass through style and some offer solder-less field termination. Our connectors are the highest quality connectors available in the marketplace to ensure that your A/V signals are free of noise, distortion or degradation.

Of course you can order your plates and panels unpopulated if you wish to populate them yourself at a later time. Most of our customers find it to be both more cost effective for them, and a better use of their time, to have us deliver the finished product fully populated and ready to install.

Our plates and panels can also be delivered fully wired with any length and style of cable that is required for your project. Many Customers find our turnkey prewired options to be a convenient and effective solution.
