We've made it super-easy to get up and running with your own configurator. Here's what you'll need

It really is that easy!

First: You need to assign someone to administer your configurator options

Second: Once selected your admin will have a "Configurator Admin" link under "My Features"
They'll use that page to set options and obtain the code snippet.

There is a video tutorial on the admin page (and linked here) that explains all the configurator options.

Third: Once they have the code snippet, they can paste it into a page on your web site, and BAM! Your very own configurator!

How do I gain access?
Follow the steps in the "Let's get started section". You'll need to assign one or more "admins" to manage your configurator.

How will updates work?
New adapters, new images, etc. Any new updates / additions that Liberty makes will magically show up in the new configurator. Price list and image archives are downloadable through the configurator admin console. Access to the admin console requires admin rights. To setup admin rights, open the "Let's get started" section above

What if a customer has a pre-configured item number from a previous order or one not set up currently?
The item number can be plugged into the configurator search field and will provide all components that ring is comprised of.

What if a customer creates a configuration that has never been sold and it’s not in our system?
Our configurator will generate a new part number "on the fly" if a new configuration is created. New part numbers will represent the item numbers for all components that are included, to simplify the ordering process. If you are running a shop, updating your system frequently is recommended. Price list and image downloads are available through the configurator admin console
